Allow your agents to write notes within tickets, which can only be viewed by the agents. This tool comes in very handy to create a history and log of interactions that are timestamped, and tagged by who authored the note.

How it Works

With uCare Pro, you have the option to allow your agents to create notes within tickets. Your customers will not be able to see these notes, as they are for internal-purposes only. There is no limit on how many notes can be created within any ticket. Agents are allowed to edit or delete their own notes.
