Accessing the help desk

The help desk is a page on your website that you and your support agents can use to respond to tickets. This is the same page that your users and customers can use to create support tickets. The layout of the page and what is visible will change based on who is logged in. The plugin controls access to various parts of the plugin through user roles & capabilities.
Once you install the plugin, it will automatically create a page called Support, which you can see in your page list from the WordPress admin dashboard. This page is reserved for the Help Desk, however you are allowed to rename it and change the permalink if you like.
You can simply access the help desk by going to http://yourwebsite.com/support. Alternatively, you can click on the Launch button within the uCare Support menu.
