Custom Fields Overview

Custom Fields is a standard feature of most help desks and ticketing systems, which we have added to uCare Pro as a new feature, with the release of uCare v1.6.

Custom Fields allows you to create your own fields that you can add as required, or optional fields in the Create Ticket form. Use this feature to customize the way your users create tickets, and tailor the help desk to suit your needs.

You can create various field types including textbox, textarea, dropdown, radio buttons, URL, email, password, date, number, telephone.
