How to Delete Tickets in uCare Help Desk?

You can delete tickets, as long as you’re logged in as a Support Admin (or WordPress admin) directly from the Help Desk. As of uCare v1.6, admins can utilize the Bulk Actions feature, which we have added to the help desk, allowing you to delete tickets, without having to go to the WordPress dashboard ticket list table.

  1. Click on Bulk Actions from the main Help Desk page.
  2. A checkbox appears next to each ticket, check the ones you want to delete.
  3. Click on Apply. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the tickets, or cancel the action.
