uCare Help Desk is equipped with email templates that you can customize to your liking. These email templates are used by uCare’s automatic notifications.
You can use the default templates as is, which work immediately when you install the plugin. Alternatively, you can create your own templates, or edit the default ones.
To see the available templates, in your WordPress dashboard, go to Email Templates. Then you can click to edit an existing template, or click to add a new one. If you have created a template, you need to assign it to a notification before it becomes active. To do so, head to the Email tab of the Settings page of uCare, then set your template in the dropdown associated with the desired notification. You can see how to do that in this article.
