If you see this error when creating tickets, or loading the tickets list, this means that your REST API endpoints are being blocked somehow, either by a plugin, htaccess or some server settings.
To confirm that this issue is impacting you, navigate to yourdomain.com/wp-json. If you get a 404, or Not Found, then this will confirm that the REST API endpoints are not accessible, thus preventing uCare from running.
uCare requires access to the WordPress REST API in order to work properly, as of version 1.7. The REST API is included in WordPress by default since version 4.7 and is used to develop plugins and create software for WordPress that run faster and more efficiently than the standard methods.
To fix this issue, you will need to look through your plugin list. There are some plugins created specifically for blocking the REST API. We highly discourage users from blocking the REST API, as it is becoming more and more popular with plugin developers.
If you do not have any plugins that are blocking the REST API, check with your server admin. The first thing you want to look at is the .htaccess file for any rules that could be preventing access to the REST endpoints.
If you are not sure how to handle any of this, contact your server admin, or hosting provider.
