Searching & Filtering Tickets

uCare Help desk allows you to easily search and filter tickets, so you can easily find what you’re looking for. By default, your Help Desk will show you all tickets that are not closed.
Search by Ticket Number
In the ticket search bar, enter
id=999 in the search bar, and click Apply Filter. ( where 999 is your actual ticket number that you’re searching for )
To filter tickets by category, agent, product or email address, you can select the options you want by selecting your filter preferences from the dropdown. You can filter in one or multiple ways. Additionally, you can filter by ticket status as well. All these options help you narrow down your search.
