Automatically assign tickets to your agents based on the ticket category. This add-on ensures that your support tickets have been assigned and never get left behind.

How it Works

With uCare Pro, you have the option to set a ticket category to an agent. Which means whenever a ticket is created by you or a customer, if it has the category set, uCare will automatically set the “assigned to” field to the agent you have mapped the category to. The agent will receive an automated email that they have been assigned a new ticket.
